Bob’s Wit is named after Phil Maples father, who is the person that got Phil started in home brewing. The beer is a light session-able beer that has distinctive notes of citrus, and Belgian yeast. The beer was brewed with over 6 pounds of fresh citrus zest (took about 16hrs for one person to zest all that fruit.). It is a very nice refreshing beer for a hot day.
